da der AStA CopyShop vom 29.07.24 bis 08.09.24 Ferien macht, richten wir einen Online-Druck-Service für euch ein.
ABLAUF
Schitt 1:
Schicke das fertige PDF-Dokument deiner Abschlussarbeit, wenn möglich von deinem FH-Mail-Account, an
copyshop@asta.fh-dortmund.de
mit den folgenden Angaben:
– Name, Adresse & Matrikelnummer
– Wie viele Exemplare möchtest du drucken und binden lassen?
Schritt 2:
Im nächsten Schritt wird unser CopyShop-Referent Pharanyu den Preis deines Auftrags berechnen, dir den zu zahlenden Betrag und das Abholdatum mit Uhrzeit per Mail mitteilen. Den Betrag zahlst du mit Karte vor Ort.
Schritt 3:
Dein Auftrag wird auf 100g/m2 Papier einseitig gedruckt und mit einer Leimbindung versehen.
WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN!
• Da wir in der Ferienzeit nicht jeden Tag vor Ort im CopyShop sein können, sammeln wir Aufträge wochenweise. Bitte plane das für eventuelle Abgaben mit ein
• Wir können leider keine Verantwortung für etwaige Tipp- oder Formatierungsfehler in deinem Dokument übernehmen. Deshalb achtet darauf, dass ihr uns nur eingebettete PDF-Dokumente (Keine Open-Office oder Word-Dokumente!) schickt und ihr davor gründlich gegen gelesen habt!
• Der Service richtet sich vor Allem an Studierende, die wichtige Projekt- oder Abschlussarbeiten einreichen müssen. Seht deshalb bitte davon ab uns sehr kleine Aufträge wie NRW-Tickets, Lernzettel, Studienbescheinigungen o.Ä. zu schicken.

Dear students, since the AStA CopyShop is on vacation from 29.07.24 to 08.09.24, we are setting up an online printing service for you.
PROCESS
Step 1:
Send the finished PDF document of your thesis, if possible from your FH mail account, to
copyshop@asta.fh-dortmund.de
with the following details:
- Name, address & matriculation number
- How many copies would you like to have printed and bound?
Step 2:
In the next step, our CopyShop consultant Pharanyu will calculate the price of your order, inform you of the amount to be paid and the pick-up date and time by e-mail. You pay the amount by card on site.
Step 3:
Your order will be printed on 100g/m2 paper on one side only and will be bound with glue.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
- As we cannot be at the CopyShop every day during the vacation season, we collect orders on a weekly basis. Please take this into account for any submissions
- Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any typing or formatting errors in your document. Therefore, please make sure that you only send us embedded PDF documents (no Open Office or Word documents!) and that you have proofread them thoroughly beforehand!
- The service is primarily aimed at students who important project or final theses have to submit. Therefore, please refrain from sending us very small orders such as NRW tickets, study slips, study certificates or similar.
